| My wife and I have used Elliott Air Conditioning on three houses now, our previous home, my wife's rental condo, and our current home.
Never have we had such a wonderful experience with any contractor or repair service. Darrell, the owner, is the most knowledgeable and sincerely honest contractor I have ever met. He delivers what he promises and more.
In our first home, Darrell literally more than halved our electric bill! In my wife's condo, he performed miracles, replacing and servicing a unit, fixing about a zillion problems the HOA was blind to, and took the time to do a ton of extra stuff to correct problems that honestly he did not have to do, but the HOA was dragging their feet on. He is just that kind of guy, honest, reliable, and completely trustworthy.
In our current home, he again halved our electric bill, correctly balanced the unit (something NOT done by home builders!) so air goes to all the rooms just right(no hot or cold rooms), and solved an airflow problem by adding a return to our bedroom that was always too hot. By the way, my neighbor with the same house design, exactly, had his AC guy tell him that adding a return to the bedroom was next to impossible due to the design of the house, and too expensive to get done. Sure, Darrell at Elliott AC had it done, cleaned up and gone in just a couple of hours, and for FAR, FAR less that my neighbor was quoted for the "impossible" job! |

| We've used Darrell for a few years now! He fixed our old unit a few times (a miracle in itself) until it ultimately died this winter. He just replaced it today and it's ICE COLD upstairs for the first time in a long time. He is a perfectionist, stands by his work, and is incredibly trustworthy. He won't sell you something you don't need and he'll give you a very fair price. I refer him to everyone who needs a HVAC guy since he's one of the best in the Flower Mound area. |

| We had three companies bid to replace our a/c unit. They were all same price range, but different approaches. Darrell earned our business because he was responsive to our concerns in an honest, straight-forward manner and his references were excellent. Since the work, he has earned our respect and referral to other prospective customers. He was on time, did what he said he would do, attentive to the details, and kept us informed throughout the project. |

| I had to replace my entire indoor unit on quick notice, so I found Elliott A/C by Google search. These guys are so curteous, knowledgable and really go the extra mile to seal and prevent any inefficient air leaks. Not only did they come in under much lower than a previously recieved quote, but they arrived the very next morning, even when calling after hours! A month later I recieved my electric bill, they lowered it by 40%. It would be foolish to use another A/C company instead of Elliott A/C! |

| There is no other AC company I'd ever call. He saved us TONS of money on our AC bill. This guy is knowledgeable, sticks to his quote, and works till it is not only working, but right. He is the Mike Homes of DFW air conditioning. |

| Elliott AC had done three jobs for us now. In our old home, he gave us a more than fair quote, and stuck to it even after the job required much more additional work. Our electric bill dropped from $350 a month (summer) to $118! And we keep it at 76 to 78 degrees. I can't wait to see how much the new house's electric bill is going to drop this month in our new home now that Elliott AC has installed our new homes AC units. There is simply no one else I'd trust to work on my AC and heating units. His prices are the best, he sells only quality units, and his work is top notch. |

Elliott Air Conditioning provided me a quote over the phone and installed a new Heat Pump within 2 days. The job was more difficult than expected, but held firm to the quote. The technicians were professional, took the time to answer all of my questions, cleaned up the job site when done, and stayed extra long to resolve all issues before leaving. I would recommend Darrell and his team and will use them again if I have any handman issues arise. |

Mr Eilliot told me how to fix the a/c problem over the phone! I had called several companies before him and no one offered the simple solution, they just told me they could not get to me for several days. I had him come out several days later to make sure everything was working properly with our unit. He provided excellent service! |
